PAYMENT TERMS
Payment Terms:
Place your orders online. All orders must be paid for at the time of order. Payment is to be made in U.S. funds. For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards. There is a $25.00 minimum for all parts order.
We only ship products within the U.S.
Special Orders and Custom Manufactured items:
These items are non-refundable and non-cancelable once manufacturing has begun. You may be required to sign our Special Order Form before orders can be placed for these items.
Each customer’s need and application for our products is unique. Therefore, all sales of Custom products are final. We will not accept returns on any Custom products. Prices on shipping charges can vary based on your location. Shop drawings are included in our price (if applicable). These drawings will be sent to the customer and sent to us before fabrication can start.
Custom order products include:

  • All Toilet Partition orders
  • All products that are non-stock items and built to order
  • Custom ordered mirrors
  • All Lockers
  • Fire Extinguishers and Cabinets

SHIPPING POLICY
Prompt Shipping:
Restroom Plus is committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible. Most small packages will ship immediately from our stocking warehouse via UPS. Some products may be shipped directly from our suppliers to you. Most orders include shipping expense as calculated from the UPS website base on product weight. This expense will be confirmed on your sales order receipt. Most orders will arrive to you within 2 to 5 days once they are shipped.
Freight Truck Shipping:
Larger orders may require to be shipped via Freight truck. Special shipping expense will be listed on your estimate or sales order and must be prepaid along with your order.

 

Damage or Shortage:
Once shipped from our warehouse, your merchandise was received by the truck line complete and in good condition. So any damage or shortages would be the responsibility of the carrier, therefore, when receiving your order, you must be aware of these following points.

  • Examine your shipment carefully upon arrival. Check for any obvious signs of damage and also confirm the number of pieces matches the total as listed on the Freight Bill. Any obvious external damage may be an indication of concealed damage to the carton’s content. We highly recommend opening cartons and checking for internal damage, especially for partitions, mirrors and etc. If the driver refuses to wait for this, have the driver note this on the freight bill. If any damage is found, it may be easiest and best to refuse any damage products and have the driver take it back with them.

If you accept material and it has concealed damage you must call us within 24 hours of receipt of material.

  • Any damages or shortages must be noted in detail on all copies of the freight bill by the driver, and signed by him. Do not sign the freight bill without these notations being made, as they are absolutely necessary in order for you to file your claim.
  • If someone other than yourself is going to receive your shipment, be sure that they are aware of this procedure.
  • In the event that there is any damage or shortage, ask the drivers to have his company supply you with the necessary claim forms and procedures.

RESTROOM PLUS will assist you in processing any claims you may have with any carriers.
RETURNS AND WARRANTY POLICY

Our goal is to make your shopping experience easy and beneficial. Occasionally products need to be returned for one reason or another. The following is our Return and Warranty Policy:

  • Returning a Product for Other Reasons (such as ordered wrong item, didn’t like, or no longer need):

All returns will incur a 25% restocking fee unless otherwise noted. All returns must be authorized by Restroom Plus. The product must be in perfect working order, unused, still in its original condition & packaging, and returned within 30 days of receipt. If your product was Special Order or Custom manufactured, please see #3 below: In order to process your return rapidly and correctly, please follow the steps below:

  • Please call Restroom Plus at 714-241-9101 and ask for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).
  • Include a copy of your invoice with the RMA# written on it.
  • Also, write the RMA# on the outside of the shipping box.
  • Return the product to us insured via a carrier of your choice. Insuring your return package protects you as we can’t be responsible for returns we don’t receive.

When we receive your return, we will credit you by the same payment method that was used to make the purchase. You will be credited the price of the product costs less the restocking fee.

  • Returning a Product Damaged in Shipping:

Occasionally a product will get damaged in shipping. If this has happened to your order, please contact Restroom Plus at (714) 241-9101. We will assist you in filling the claim with the shipper who shipped your order. To expedite the process, please keep the item in its original packaging.

  • Product Warranty Policy and Returning a Defective Product Under the Manufacturer’s Warranty:

 

Warranties provided by a product’s manufacturer will be the responsibility of the manufacturer. Restroom Plus disclaims all other warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In addition, Restroom Plus will not be responsible for consequential damages. Please call Restroom Plus (714) 241-9101 to discuss the return procedure for your particular item. The item may need to be returned directly to the manufacturer. If so, the manufacturer’s Customer Service Department will assist you with their return procedure and warranty program.
